Synco

Synco — SYNergy COnvergency — is a Python package for the analysis of synergistic drug responses predicted using the TRAFIKK pipeline and compared to experimental observations. It integrates pipeline predictions (Oris outputs) and experimental results (synergy scores), harmonises both, and enables the calculation of decision-analytic metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall, in addition to ROC curves, PR curves, and ring plots summarising the confusion matrix results.
