Synco
=====

**Synco** — *SYNergy COnvergency* — is a Python package for the analysis of synergistic drug responses predicted using the TRAFIKK pipeline and compared to experimental observations. It integrates pipeline predictions (:ref:`Oris <oris-home>` outputs) and experimental results (synergy scores), harmonises both, and enables the calculation of decision-analytic metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall, in addition to ROC curves, PR curves, and ring plots summarising the confusion matrix results.
